Shipping policy
We're committed to getting your orders out as quickly and carefully as possible.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
During new launches, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. If there are any unexpected delays, we'll keep you updated via email.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $75.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (where available)
Please note that delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
The Dreaming Kind is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at shopdreamingkind@gmail.com. We'll do our best to update your order before it ships, but we can't guarantee changes once processing has begun.
Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our control.
If your package appears lost or delayed, please contact the carrier first using your tracking number. If you still need assistance, we're happy to help however we can.
The Dreaming Kind is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered.
At this time, we currently ship within the United States only.
