Orders

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our sole discretion. This may include orders that appear fraudulent, violate these Terms, are placed by resellers, or cannot be fulfilled due to inventory availability or other circumstances.

Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be accommodated.

Shipping

Discount codes and promotional offers may not be combined unless explicitly stated.

Orders placed prior to a promotion beginning or after it ends are not eligible for price adjustments unless otherwise stated.

Product Care

Proper care helps extend the life of your garments. Please follow all care instructions included on the garment and listed on our website.

Normal wear, improper washing, accidental damage, fading, pilling, shrinkage, or damage caused by misuse are not considered manufacturing defects.

Children's Products & Safe Use

Our products are designed for comfort and everyday wear. Parents and caregivers are responsible for supervising children while our products are in use.

Please inspect garments before each use and discontinue use if any item becomes damaged or unsafe.

Our sleepwear is designed to comply with applicable U.S. safety standards where required. However, our products are not intended to reduce the risk of Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS), prevent injury, or replace safe sleep practices. Always follow guidance from your pediatrician and current safe sleep recommendations.

Our products are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

Size & Fit

Our sizing charts are provided as a guide. Because every child is unique, fit may vary. Customers are responsible for selecting the appropriate size before placing an order.
